• No use beyond being sold to a vendor.
• Two are needed for Belle's recipe sidequest; one to make the Belle Deluxe Spice Burger dish, and one to make the Deep Fish Tempura Udon dish.

Obtaining

• Random 60% chance drop from Shizu.
