Monster Boy Dreams (or MBD for short) is a joke spin-off of Monster Girl Dreams released on April Fools Day of 2023. It is currently at version 1.34.

Described as a "special sister/brother game" to MGD with a "stunning development time of a single day of work", Monster Boy Dreams sees the game's developer instructing the player to watch over a catboy named Iaru, much to the latter's bafflement and confusion.
The "gameplay" is made up of the player micromanaging a quartet of bars (labeled Food, Tea, Comfort and Walkness) while getting Iaru to work on projects. Sometimes clicking on the options gives you multiple choices with extra dialog, but nothing actually changes. Progressing through the projects does not actually reward the player with anything other than Iaru being increasingly exasperated that you are still playing the game. Unique dialog plays at 5, 10 and 15 projects.
There are no sex scenes in the game, despite Iaru having a full set of art with expressions and a nude layer. You can look but you can't touch.
