Perpetua is a Red Slime who serves as a recurring antagonist in Monster Girl Dreams. First encountered as the boss of the Mystic Forest after having vandalized the Town's walls, she declares herself your rival and proceeds to antagonize you through your journey. She claims her goal is to eventually become the new Demon Queen.

Strategy[edit | edit source]
As the first boss in the game, Perpetua is a simple fight; she is essentially a Blue Slime with slightly higher stats and with similar strategies, attempting to put the player in Slimed 100% stance in order to make use of her strongest attacks. Like other slime monsters, she is very weak to Magic, but uniquely, Perpetua is also extremely weak to Pain skills (which other slime monsters tend to be immune to), leaving her vulnerable to those.
Her "Lvl 5" form is identical to the first fight in terms of attacks, sensitivities and resistances, but with slightly higher stats. As such, she can be treated the same way as she was previously.

Stop The Vandal[edit | edit source]
Perpetua is first encountered as the boss of the Mystic Forest, after Elena placed a bounty on her for vandalizing the Town walls with red slime. Upon defeating her, she declares you as her rival before disappearing.
Meeting at the Forest Dungeon[edit | edit source]
After her defeat, she ambushes you later on at the entrance of the Forest Dungeon, this time stronger than ever before! You must defeat her to access the Forest Dungeon.
Meeting at the Mountain[edit | edit source]
Once the player reaches the Mountain for the first time, Perpetua will be waiting at the lift. However, before she can attack, the Black Knight shows up and destroys the lift with a magical blast. The Slime Girl is actually ecstatic about the whole thing, but flees in order to get away from the lift since it keeps exploding even after the Black Knight is already gone.
Chase in the Caverns[edit | edit source]
Upon reaching the end of the Caverns for the first time, Perpetua will attempt to ambush you again, only for both of you to be in turn ambushed by Amy. You can grab her and run away from Amy with her in toil, giving ample opportunity to bully the poor Slime Girl, or attempt leaving her behind, leading her to chase after you and cling up to your backpack; both results are essentially the same. Once you finally lose Amy, Perpetua will take the opportunity to scamper off before the eldritch huntress returns.
Labyrinth and Capital[edit | edit source]
Perpetua makes a short appearance in the intro of the Labyrinth, where she tries to sic the Hellhound sisters at you, despite them all thinking she had already left. She then runs off into the darkness and isn't encountered again until you complete the level. After a brief heart-to-heart with her, she makes her way to Ars Delusia, where you eventually meet her again; after a brief and humorous stand-off in the middle of the street, she is corrupted by a gemstone she got from a shady person and turned into Dark Perpetua, a real boss version of your slimy rival. After defeating her, she gives you the Slime Badge that lets you visit her house at Sleim Vllge.

Perpetua possesses the following loss scenes:
- Default Loss: +3 Cock sensitivity, +1 Mouth sensitivity.
- Sex Loss: +3 Cock sensitivity, +1 Mouth sensitivity, +1 Nipple sensitivity. Exclusive to the Perpetua Lvl 5 version.
- Dark Perpetua Loss: Dark Perpetua utterly dominates you, turning you into her consort and 'king' as she begins a crusade to claim the throne. This leads to a game over, unless you are re-fighting her at the Labyrinth.
