A sharp black feather from a tengu, it's surprisingly soft and fluffy to the touch. Due to it's inherent magical properties it can be used to call up a wind storm to knock down foes, provided you're not in a stance. Or it could be sold for money. Tengus are loathe to give these to anyone, increasing their value.

- Upon use, has a chance to stun a single enemy for 2 turns.
Obtaining[edit | edit source]
- Random drop from Tengu. Up to 2 may drop from a single Tengu at 60% chance for the first and 30% for the second.
Note: Drop chances are affected by luck, some perks, and some equipment.
