Venereae, the Goddess of Light, is a divinity who presides over the world of Monster Girl Dreams. She is a benevolent goddess of fertility, sex and pleasure who lives in the Celestial Realm with her angelic followers. She is said to cherish all things, including both humans and monsters.

The player is not given an accurate description of Venereae's appearance. However, they note that statues of the Goddess tend to be very voluptuous.
Selena claims that nymphs are made in the Goddess' image, which implies Venereae would appear similar to her.
Lore[edit | edit source]
In the game's backstory, Venereae granted humans the power to defeat the first Demon Queen and defeat the monster girls invading the continent of Fertilia, forcing them back to their homeland of Lucidia. As war raged over the years, the Goddess was weakened, and even her angelic followers were unable to hear her voice; it would take a long time for her to be able to communicate with her followers again, and by that point, many had forgotten her teachings or fallen to darkness.
Venereae is served by a number of monster girl races, including angels and nymphs, though they tend to be much rarer than their demonic counterparts.
The holy Demon Layer is said to have been hand-crafted by the Goddess, being a weapon capable of destroying True Succubi while subduing unruly lesser monster girls with overwhelming pleasure.
Encounters[edit | edit source]
Upon starting the game, Venereae contacts you in your dreams, declaring you as her chosen hero destined to defeat the current Demon Queen. She then guides you through your character creation, including making humorous comments about your fetish choices.
Speaking to either Lillian or Lucille will grant you some insight on the Goddess, though the former's descriptions are slightly biased...
Praying at the Church will lead the Goddess to contact you through your mind, where she will take care of reducing any fetishes or restoring any sensitivities you have accumulated in return for Eros.
